Dave Goulet, Chief Technology Officer

Dave has led engineering teams that develop, deploy, and customize web applications and software solutions for Fortune 500 companies for over 10 years. Prior to helping launch the company in 2003, he was director of engineering for the systems integration division and director of development for the custom development division at SumTotal Systems. In various leadership roles, Dave has designed and delivered many custom software solutions to author, deliver, track, and manage corporate performance support data and materials. LinkedIn

Chris Franklin, Chief Financial Officer

Chris has more than 20 years of public accounting and industry experience. He has extensive experience in the areas of financial management and analysis, cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, process analysis and improvement. Chris is also a certified public accountant with a master's degree in taxation. Prior to joining the LogicBay team, he was the CFO at Swarovski Optik N. A. where he managed a staff of 14 finance, human resources and IT professionals. LinkedIn

Seth Jacobsen, Vice President, Sales & Marketing

Seth has more than 10 years experience managing indirect sales teams, from both the distributor and manufacturer level. As the VP of Sales & Marketing, he works to align the sales and marketing strategy with our ongoing objective of helping our customers accelerate sales and improve the support of their channel partners. Seth is also responsible for building a network of strategic channel partners that provide our customers with the essential services for a successful sales channel. LinkedIn

Caro McClenahan, Support Manager

Caro has more than 15 years of experience supporting and managing information systems.  Caro has worked for the company since its inception in 2003, and has been the Support Manager since 2010.  As LogicBay’s Support Manager, Caro oversees our support team and is responsible for customer satisfaction. Her previous work experience included support services, website management, and Web Based Training authoring.

Jason Menchenton, Quality Assurance Manager

Jason has over 15 years of experience in quality assurance and software development. Jason has been with LogicBay since 2004 and currently leads the QA team to ensure the quality of the company’s PRM applications with regard to functionality, usability and performance. Prior to joining LogicBay, Jason spent three years as a software developer where he helped design custom document management solutions for various customers. LinkedIn

John Panaccione, President & CEO

John has over 18 years of experience leading teams that focus on using technology to improve corporate performance. As CEO of LogicBay, John works with leading companies to develop and implement strategies for scaling indirect sales channels using a combination of services and technology that LogicBay offers.  Prior to founding LogicBay in 2003, he led sales and marketing for Cognitive Arts, an innovative leader in high end workplace simulation software. LinkedIn

Michael Shaughnessy, Chief Operations Officer

Mike has managed numerous large-scale software implementation programs for a variety of Fortune 500 companies. He has managed the operations of the company since its launch in 2003, including the migration to a Cloud-based operations model in the mid-2000s. He also spent six years as a software engineer for GTE and three years as director of software engineering for Terragon Interactive Inc. before moving to SumTotal Systems where he directed technology implementations and services projects as director of project management. LinkedIn

Mark Tebault, Vice President, Customer Success

Mark oversees all aspects of customer care including implementation, enhancements and custom software development, integration with 3rd-party systems, project management, consulting, customer support, product administration and training.  Mark has been with LogicBay since 2004.  Prior to joining LogicBay, Mark was a software engineer developing authoring tools for Asymetrix in the early 1990s.  Mark also worked as a Project Manager for Click2Learn.com and Project Director for SumTotalSystems. LinkedIn
